RETURNS.
Fourteen days, unworn, tags on.
THE WINDOW
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with the woven outsider label intact.
HOW
- Message us from the contact page with your order reference.
- We send return instructions the same or next working day.
- Post it back. Return postage is on you unless the piece arrived faulty.
EXCHANGES
Sizes can be exchanged while stock lasts. Drops are limited, so tell us early if the fit is wrong.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the piece arriving back with us.
FAULTS
If something arrived faulty, send a photo with your reference. We cover the return and replace it or refund it in full.
